Social Action

The Social Action Program engages in multi-faceted community service projects of a charitable nature.  Since 1994, its signature event, the Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive has continued its partnership with Mt. Zion Baptist Church in South Madison.  The food drive distributes more Thanksgiving food baskets to needy families and individuals, including the homeless, annually.
